Light garnet red colour , with cherry edges, medium layer. Clean and bright.

Good intensity on the nose , with notes of fresh red berries (currant, raspberry), along with dairy hints. Good contribution of tertiary notes, with slightly smoky notes and hints of undergrowth herbs (fennel, rosemary).

Warm mouthfeel with a very Mediterranean character, which gives way to a firm mid-palate, with present tannins and medium structure. Good balance, tasty and still to be polished and develop its full expression. Long finish on the palate, with a clear warm character.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 16-18º.
