Winemaking and Ageing: The grapes are harvested by hand and taken to the winery where they are destemmed. Gentle pressing at a controlled temperature. Fermentation in stainless steel to preserve all the aromas.

Pairings : Excellent pairing for essential, not overly seasoned cuisine. Shellfish, lobster and oysters are the perfect allies. Also excellent with poultry accompanied by seasonal vegetables.
