Tasting notes :

Color : Deep ruby ​​red reminiscent of violet.

Nose : red fruits, blackberry and plum compote and a base of jam. Butter, strawberry yoghurt. Notes of cedar and vanilla.

Palate : Full and structured but with soft tannins and a long , fruity finish . Energetic, forest fruits. Exquisite entry. Light meaty notes.

Pairing : Serve at 17-19Cº. Goes well with all meats and derivatives, such as patés, and medium-flavored cheeses, such as Mallorcan cheese. Cheese fondue, fideuá, hearty dishes.
