Tasting notes:

Salmon pink wine. Clean and bright. On the nose it stands out for its complexity and freshness . It is full of ripe red fruit, peach, passion fruit , citrus notes, toasted spices. On the palate it is creamy and fresh, with outstanding acidity. Long, fruity and spicy finish. Great aging potential .

The harvest is done manually in small boxes. Once in the winery, it is placed in vats to macerate with the skins for just a few hours. It is then bled and taken to French oak barrels where it undergoes alcoholic fermentation and remains on its fine lees for 7 months .
