Tasting notes:

Appearance: Clean and bright pale salmon pink color.

Nose : Expressive with notes of wild red fruit, pomegranate, currants, pink grapefruit, peach and fresh balsamic.

Palate: fresh and fluid, with repeated aromas on the nose and a more pronounced pomegranate flavour.

Pairing: Ideal with Mallorcan “tumbet”, sushi, pasta or rice.

The study of Mantonegro and its behavior according to the age of the vines has allowed us to select the most suitable plants for the production of this wine. We pursue fresh fruit and moderate alcohol content , for which we choose younger vineyards planted in deeper soils.
