Tinta de Toro, Syrah and Verdejo. Aged in barrels.

This is a direct-pressed wine fermented in French oak barrels . A rosé that benefits from a little time in the bottle to develop its aniseed aromas.

On the nose, a very discreet but interesting touch of red strawberries in addition to the more traditional aromas, citrus , aniseed , with a floral touch.

A fleshy, round and very tasty mouthfeel , which will perfectly accompany good meals.

Organic wine made from two red grapes and a minimum percentage of a white grape, the Verdejo variety , which are harvested together at the optimum moment of ripeness before the beginning of the harvest season for the winery's red varieties, with the aim of obtaining a wine full of fruit and freshness and with this symbolic presence of the Verdejo white grape that gives it that floral spark that complements the Syrah and Tinta de Toro varieties.
