Tasting notes:
Brilliant violet colour , high layer. On the nose it is fine, elegant and complex, with vibrant fresh black fruit (cassis, blackberry), violet flower, notes of cocoa and chocolate, spices (white pepper), balsamic and an elegant smokiness . On the palate it is very fresh, balanced, fleshy, with good structure , the tannins are silky and the aftertaste is fresh, very fruity, balsamic, smoky, spicy and very persistent . Ready to drink, but with great aging potential .
