Visual phase:
It has an intense cherry red colour with brick red highlights, showing a bright appearance and very marked tears.

Olfactory phase:
On the nose, aromas of ripe red fruits such as cherries and blackberries are perceived, together with spicy notes of cloves and pepper. In addition, balsamic and vanilla aromas stand out, complemented by pleasant roasted touches from its aging in barrels.

Gustatory phase:
On the palate, it is a powerful and tasty wine, with an intense mouth aroma. The tannins are soft and well integrated with the wood, providing a balanced and silky texture. It offers a long aftertaste, leaving a lasting memory of its complex flavors.

Pairing Note:
Ideal to accompany red meat dishes, game stews, and aged cheeses. This wine is best enjoyed with robust, well-seasoned meals, where its structure and complexity can enhance the flavors of the food.
