Color: Clean and bright, pale yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Intensely fruity, with notes of white flowers and a pleasant touch of citrus (grapefruit) that is very long and elegant. It stands out for its refreshing style.

Palate: Silky and intense on the palate with a lively fruit acidity and a vegetative note of spicy fennel, well structured, smooth and refreshing.
