Tasting notes:

Colour : very pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and immaculate.

Nose : Medium intensity, but very frank. Memories of ripe fruit (green apple, water pear), together with pleasant vegetal notes.

Palate : pleasant, evolving towards very clean flavours; really dry, well balanced and with a marked acidity that brings freshness to the whole. Long aftertaste with a very refreshing character.

Temperature: between 6ºC.

Pairing: Cold starters. Ideal with vegetables and salads. Lightly cooked white fish.
