El Galgo is made from the most widely planted variety in our area (Pla de Mallorca), seeking the elegance and delicacy of wines produced over the last few centuries. Part of this wine is donated to non-profit purposes in collaboration with Bamba Project Kenya.
Hand-selected grapes, delicately destemmed and fermented at 25º C for 2 weeks in stainless steel tanks to preserve the primary aromas. Malolactic fermentation and ageing in large new French oak barrels.

Garnet colour with a low layer typical of the Callet variety.
Nose
Expressive and clean with smoky and spicy aromas typical of the variety, red fruits (strawberry) and white pepper.
Mouth It surprises with its extraordinary finesse and delicacy, with very well-integrated tannins that give it a very round mouthfeel and a very long and once again very fine and elegant finish. Aftertaste reminiscent of red fruits and spicy notes.
