100% Grenache
The highest-rated pale rosé in Spain.
A complex wine to make , a clear example of the precision required to make a quality rosé.
Tasting notes:
Very complex nose dominated by discreet and elegant red fruit and nuances of white fruit , floral and a delicate appearance due to its low colour intensity, although this particularity is a consequence, never the main purpose.
Elaboration:
Behind this unique wine there is a careful production process: it comes from the selection of Garnacha tinta and Tempranillo vineyards from Finca Legardeta or from the north of Navarra under the influence of the Atlantic-continental climate. Harvested at the perfect point of ripeness and produced using the traditional bleeding method.
Pairing :
Light Rosés are light wines with little colour. Wines that, in terms of their production and taste characteristics, are very similar to a fruity white. They are very versatile , adapting to light dishes and, thanks to their intense aromas, also to more aromatically rich dishes.
It is a good accompaniment to marinated fish and seafood , in ceviche or raw. These wines are ideal for fresh cheeses . They are also ideal for salads and raw vegetables . Try seasoning them with citrus fruits and aromatic herbs.
