Tasting notes :
Appearance : Pale pink colour with slight copper glints.
Nose : Predominant notes of various flowers (jasmine, rose and orchids) intertwined with the fruity notes of strawberries. All finesse and lightness.
Palate : Great freshness. Strawberry flavours merge with citrus flavours of freshly squeezed lemon, pink grapefruit and mandarin, giving way to mineral notes. Round and delicious, it blossoms with intense notes of red fruits.
Rosé is the ideal accompaniment to a red fruit crumble or a chocolate cake.
