Visual phase:
It has a yellow color with greenish reflections , clean and bright, which reflects its freshness and youth.

Olfactory phase:
On the nose, varietal aromas stand out with notes of white-fleshed fruits such as apple, banana and peach. There are also hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Subtle floral and herbaceous notes , such as fennel, add complexity to the aromatic profile.

Gustatory phase:
On the palate, it is an intense, unctuous and tasty wine, with a balanced freshness and a remarkable persistence. Its silky texture and vibrant flavour offer a pleasant and long-lasting experience.

Pairing Note:
Blanc de Blancs 2023 is ideal to accompany seafood, grilled fish, fresh salads and pasta dishes with light sauces. Its freshness and balance also make it perfect to enjoy as an aperitif on sunny days. Serve at a maximum temperature of 8ºC to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.
