Short aging in barrels and in contact with its lees.

Tasting notes:

Appearance : Lemon yellow colour with greyish highlights that reflects vivacity. Bright and clear.

Nose : Good aromatic intensity and great complexity . Notes of ripe tropical fruit stand out, with a background of stone fruits typical of Prensal blanc and citrus touches of lemon peel.

Palate : Very direct and fresh entry, but also smooth. It has a good volume that gives it weight and elegance. Very balanced acidity , the result of the expression of the Malvasía de Banyalbufar variety.

The four-month aging on lees contributes to increasing the complexity and creaminess of the wine, making it more elegant and pleasant.
