The Ánima Negra project, shared by Miquel Àngel Cerdá and Pere Obrador, has been one of those that has brought the greatest expectations to the Mallorcan vineyard since the winery was founded in 1994. The native Callet variety also marks the character of this AN/2, which completes its blend with two other grapes from the island, Manto Negro and Fogoneu, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from old vines.

This is a red wine with a marked personality, a fruity and Mediterranean profile and very seductive. Fresh, tasty and mineral, it shows us a Mallorca rooted in its history and its landscape, evoking a multitude of aromas and nuances that make us feel the typicality of the Balearic island. A firm commitment by the winery to native varieties and to bringing the authenticity of the terroir to all palates.
