Dominio de Eguren wines come from a rigorous selection of vineyards located in a privileged area of ​​Castilla-La Mancha, located at around 700 m above sea level, with an age between 30-70 years and with controlled production using organic and integrated viticulture, respectful of the environment.

Elaboration

WINE MAKING: Traditional.
MACERATION: Cold, for 8 hours.
FERMENTATION: Static settling; temperature control between 16º and 18ºC.
STABILIZED: By cold.

Tasting notes

Pale, clean and very bright greenish yellow. Aroma of fresh fruit, banana, apple and peach. On the palate it is fresh, fruity, silky with light notes of acidity, with strong fruity sensations appearing in the aftertaste.
