Bila-Haut Rouge is an intense and structured red wine. Originating in the Agly valley, north of Perpignan, its vineyards grow on warm and wild soils.

Tasting notes:
With an intense garnet red colour, this wine dazzles with aromas of black cherry. On the palate, it is fleshy, warm and well structured. Ideal for pairing with roasted meats, it is recommended to serve at 16 ºC. The winemaking process includes complete destemming, maturation for 2 to 4 weeks and ageing in tanks. A perfect choice to enjoy with your favourite meat!
