Tasting notes:

Colour : pale salmon pink, clean and bright, Can Axartell Rosado displays an attractive luminosity in the glass.

Nose : It reflects a pronounced aromatic intensity , with notes of flowering trees, roses, apricots and the freshness of candied red fruits such as cherries, strawberries and currants, all complemented by the finesse of tropical notes of mango and passion fruit. Subtle notes of Mediterranean herbs , fennel and fresh cheese appear in the background.

Palate : This is an elegant wine with a pleasant entry and a creamy sensation accompanied by hints of citrus and red fruit. The good combination of acidity, volume and tannins give the wine complexity, freshness and persistence . Its marked acidity gives it freshness and durability. In general, this is a wine with a pleasant and delicate character, which invites you to enjoy it on many occasions.

Produced following the principles of organic farming , Can Axartell is a unique rosé, the result of a successful blend of varieties. A real temptation that will go perfectly with elaborate rice dishes and spiced pastas.
